High-temperature processing
This forced-air oven supports drying, heat treatment and curing of large samples and production batches. Capacities are 864L, 1152L and 2250L. The operating range is ambient temperature +10°C to 320°C; maximum temperature is 350°C.
Control, safety and chamber construction
The configuration includes PID control, auto-tuning, simultaneous set/actual temperature display and vent ports for moisture and hot air. Safety components include over-temperature protection, an earth-leakage breaker, emergency stop and a signal tower. Adjustable supports and perforated shelves assist loading; silica-glass door packing supports high-temperature sealing.

S-HIOV864: 12kW heater; external W1460×D1374×H1743mm. S-HIOV1152: 18kW; W1760×D1372×H2090mm. S-HIOV2250: 24kW; W2060×D1605×H2390mm. Reference power supply: 380V, three-phase.
Temperature uniformity and options
The specification table lists ±3.0°C at 200°C and ±4.0°C at 300°C. Review actual loading conditions before application. Discuss TP3 or NEX1000 programme control, a GR200 recorder, internal/external trolleys, validation and calibration with GHT.
