Type A Industrial Drying Oven (S-IOV864A / S-IOV1152A / S-IOV2250A)
A forced-air drying oven with a top-mounted motor for drying, heating and curing large samples or production batches. GHT helps select capacity and shelving to suit throughput and installation space.

Applications and heating
Forced-air circulation supports drying, heat treatment and curing of large samples and production batches. The Type A design places the motor above the chamber. Select 864L, 1152L or 2250L to suit throughput and installation space.
Control, safety and loading
PID temperature control and auto-tuning support simultaneous monitoring of set and actual temperature. Vent ports release moisture and hot air. The door limit switch interrupts operation of the motor, fan and heater when the door opens. The configuration includes over-temperature protection, emergency stop, a signal tower and adjustable shelf supports.

S-IOV864A: 7kW heater; external W1460×D992×H1938mm. S-IOV1152A: 12kW; W1760×D992×H1959mm. S-IOV2250A: 18kW; W2040×D1200×H2493mm. Reference power supply: 380V, three-phase.
Temperature uniformity and options
The specification table lists uniformity of ±2.0°C at 120°C and ±3.0°C at 200°C. Actual loading and operating conditions must also be reviewed. Discuss optional TP3 or NEX1000 programme controllers, a GR200 recorder, internal/external trolleys, IQ/OQ/PQ validation and calibration with GHT.
