Applicator Coater
A laboratory coater operated from a touch panel. Applicators and bars can be swapped, and the coating speed can be set for each segment and stored in memory. Coating width is 150–300 mm, with a suction and heating plate and an air knife.

Floating Coating Panel
The specimen is suspended and held by two bars before coating, which keeps thickness deviation low. Specimens only a few microns thick — film, aluminum foil, copper foil and the like — can be coated. Supplied in a standard and a guided version.

D-Bar / E-Roll
A one-piece coating bar with no wound wire. The grooves are formed directly by thread rolling, so there is no wire breakage, spreading, or debris trapping. Produced in outer diameters of φ6–30 mm and lengths up to 7,500 mm, with film thickness adjustable from 3 ㎛ to 450 ㎛.

DLC Coating Bar
A coating bar that achieves diamond-grade hardness through carbon-based plasma coating. With a hardness of 1,500–2,000 HV and a friction coefficient of 0.15, it improves both service life and coating quality. Supplied in two versions: for research and development, and for production equipment.

TCT-Bar
Table Coating Test Bar. Its one-piece form with no wound wire enables nano-scale coating. Available as the L250 with a detachable handle and the standard L400, with engraved numbers from OSP-00 to OSP-150 covering a wet film thickness range of 1.5–150 ㎛.

Ceramic Roll
A ceramic roll with wear, corrosion, and heat resistance. Engraved by a 500 W ALE fiber laser for deep, smooth cells, it is produced at 30–1,500 lpi, in outer diameters of 25–600 mm and lengths up to 4,000 mm. A cell volume measurement report is provided with every unit.

Mirror Roll / Matte Texture Roll
Micro-textured transport rolls control air entrainment and grip between the film and roll to reduce blocking, slippage and surface damage. Optional DLC coating improves wear resistance, service life and antistatic performance. GHT helps select the roll surface for stable web handling and production yield.
