Wide chamber with integrated trap
This wide-format vacuum oven set accommodates loading arrangements for broad samples. The trap is integrated; direct or indirect heating can be discussed against sample and process requirements.
Control, materials and safety
The illustrated configuration uses a TC2 PID controller, set/actual temperature monitoring, auto-tuning, a vacuum gauge and valves. The chamber is SUS304 and the exterior is powder-coated steel. Earth-leakage and over-temperature protection are provided. Pump and trap connections are confirmed for the process.
Model dimensions and power
S-IVAC400 SET(W): internal W800×D705×H710mm; external W1701×D1088×H1635mm. S-IVAC600 SET(W): internal W1200×D705×H710mm; external W2101×D1088×H1635mm. Reference operation is 40–200°C, with 380V or 440V three-phase supply.
Options and installation review
Discuss a digital vacuum gauge, flowmeter and vacuum pump. First review sample width, shelf loading, door-opening space and delivery width/height. Confirm pump inclusion and trap capture requirements with GHT before finalising the supply configuration.
Confirm the model and operating conditions
Temperature and capacity depend on the model and configuration. Maximum temperature and continuous operating temperature are distinct; final specifications are confirmed during quotation.
