Nitrogen-purge Vacuum Drying Oven (S-VAC27-N / HVAC27-N / S-VAC27AP-N)
A nitrogen-purge vacuum oven for drying samples sensitive to oxygen exposure. GHT discusses heating method, vacuum pump and gas supply configuration based on sample characteristics and operating temperature.

Nitrogen purging and heating
Nitrogen supply reduces oxygen exposure during drying of oxidation-sensitive samples. Select indirect-heated, high-temperature or shelf-heated models to suit the sample and operating temperature. Nitrogen supply alone does not automatically establish a specified oxygen concentration or vacuum level; discuss the target conditions with GHT.
Control, vacuum and gas configuration
PID control, auto-tuning and simultaneous set/actual temperature display are supported. The illustrated configuration includes a TC6 controller, flowmeter, vacuum gauge, vacuum valves and pump connection hoses. A diffusion-prevention valve reduces sudden air entry when vacuum is released. Earth-leakage and over-temperature protection are provided.
Materials and reference dimensions
The 27L reference chamber measures W300×D300×H300mm internally and W598×D532×H777mm externally. The chamber is SUS304 and the exterior is powder-coated steel. Reference supply is 220V single-phase. Operating ranges of 40–200°C and 40–300°C are model-dependent.
Options and supply configuration
Cabinet, box or open-frame support tables, vacuum pumps and cold traps can be discussed for your application. Share the nitrogen source, target pressure/atmosphere and moisture or solvent load so GHT can confirm components and connection requirements.
Confirm the model and operating conditions
Temperature and capacity depend on the model and configuration. Maximum temperature and continuous operating temperature are distinct; final specifications are confirmed during quotation.
