Integrated-trap vacuum drying system
This set integrates a trap into an industrial vacuum oven to use installation space efficiently. Direct or indirect heating can be discussed for the sample and process. Trap capture conditions and pump specifications are selected against moisture and solvent load.
Control and main components
The illustrated configuration includes a TC6 PID controller with auto-tuning and set/actual temperature monitoring. Components include a vacuum gauge, valves, pump switch, emergency stop and trap temperature indicator. The chamber is SUS304 and the exterior is powder-coated steel, with earth-leakage and over-temperature protection.
Model dimensions and power
S-IVAC400 SET: internal W710×D705×H800mm; external W1355×D1061×H1823mm. S-IVAC600 SET: internal W710×D705×H1200mm; external W1555×D1076×H2125mm. Reference operation is 40–200°C, with 380V or 440V three-phase supply.
Options and order confirmation
Discuss a digital vacuum gauge, flowmeter and vacuum pump for your process. Confirm pump inclusion, trap temperature/capture capacity, pipework, power and delivery access at quotation. Share moisture/solvent type and load so GHT can recommend the required configuration.
