Shelf-heated vacuum drying
Heaters below the shelves transfer heat directly to samples. Review shelf contact and loading for processes where convection is restricted under vacuum. Select 125L, 400L or 600L to suit samples and throughput.
Control, materials and safety
PID control and auto-tuning support set/actual temperature monitoring. The chamber is SUS304, the exterior is powder-coated steel and the shelves are fixed SUS 3T. Shelf quantity can be discussed. The configuration includes SSR heater control, earth-leakage protection and over-temperature protection.
External dimensions and power
S-IVAC125-AP: external W1136×D762×H1458mm. S-IVAC400-AP: W1355×D1061×H1823mm. S-IVAC600-AP: W1555×D1076×H1734mm. Confirm model-specific 220V single/three-phase or 380V/440V three-phase configurations against site requirements. The listed heater capacity is 500W–2kW per shelf.
Vacuum system and options
Discuss KVC2300 or KM700 digital vacuum gauges, a flowmeter, vacuum pump and industrial cold trap. Review the oven–cold trap–pump arrangement for moisture/solvent capture and pump protection. Gauge display range must be distinguished from achievable operating pressure.
Confirm the model and operating conditions
Temperature and capacity depend on the model and configuration. Maximum temperature and continuous operating temperature are distinct; final specifications are confirmed during quotation.
