A muffle furnace for ash analysis, metal heat treatment and other high-temperature laboratory processes. GHT helps select chamber capacity and power requirements based on sample size and operating conditions.

Ash analysis and high-temperature treatment
This muffle furnace supports ash analysis, metal heat treatment and other high-temperature laboratory processes. Distinguish typical 1000°C operation from the 1200°C maximum. Select a 3L, 5L or 14L chamber to suit sample size.
Heating element, insulation and control
Moulded heating elements reduce damage from external contact. The internal insulation is ceramic fibre board and the exterior is powder-coated steel. PID control, auto-tuning and SSR heater control are used, with earth-leakage/overcurrent and over-temperature protection.
Electrical and external dimensions by model
S-MF01: 3L, 1.8kW heater, external W416×D533×H555mm. S-MF02: 5L, 2.8kW, W436×D584×H565mm. S-MF03: 14L, 4.9kW, W536×D634×H625mm. Reference supply: 220V, single-phase.
Controller and accessory selection
In addition to the standard TC2 controller, discuss a TP3 programme controller for stepwise temperature/time settings. Flowmeters and cabinet or open-frame support tables can also be reviewed. Tell GHT first if gas use or a special atmosphere is required.
Confirm the model and operating conditions
Temperature and capacity depend on the model and configuration. Maximum temperature and continuous operating temperature are distinct; final specifications are confirmed during quotation.
